      SATURDAY, JUNE 26, 1965

      Mrs. Emma Hoyt

      BANGOR - Mrs. Emma Hoyt, 92, died Friday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Archie Palmer, 204 Doughlas Street, with whom she had resided.

      She was born March 13, 1973, in Porter Township, Midland County, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John McCormick.

      Her husband Charles preceded her in death on March 16, 1946.

      Mrs. Hoyt was a member of the Wheeler Free Methodist Church.

      Besides Mrs. Palmer, survivors include three other daughters, Mrs. Orpha Palmer of Bangor, Mrs. Sarah Clark of Merrill, Mich. and Mrs. Edna Mae Dickerson of Portuguese, East Africa; 12 grandchildren: and 23 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

      Services will be held tonight at the McKane funeral home in Bangor with the Rev. Earl McDonald of the Free Methedist Church officiating.

      Sunday morning the body will be sent to the Carter Funeral home in St. Louis, Mich. Funeral services will be held there Monday with the Rev. Howard Art of the Wheeler Fren methodist church and rev. Earl Mcdonald officiating.

      Burial will follow in Oak Grove cemetery.
