    • Margaret Ann "Maggie" Gulick-Egdorf, 68, of Round Lake, formerly of Sloan, passed away Tuesday, October 30, at Sanford Medical Center in Sioux Falls, S.D., following a brief illness while surrounded by her family.

      Services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at Community Church of Christ in Sloan.

      Maggie was born on Aug. 16, 1950, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Sioux City, Iowa. She was the daughter of William "Bud" and Ila (Morey) Gulick, the second of five children. She attended grade school at Sloan Consolidated School and graduated in 1969 from Westwood High School in Sloan.
      She married Daniel Egdorf on Dec. 29, 1972.

      She will be deeply missed by her sons, Perry (Amber) of Alpha, Minn., Rusty (Molly) of Ponca, Neb., and Jeffrey (fiancée, Shamrea Sangl) of Jackson, Minn.; her grandchildren, Austin and Aaron Lyons, Shelby and Chloe Schmidt, Charley, Lilly and Abrielle Egdorf; and brothers, Bob (Sue) of Olathe, Kan., Bill (Heather) of Hornick, Iowa; sisters, Cheryl (Terry) Nelson of Ponca, and Faye (Doug) Johnston of Lake St. Louis, Mo.; along with many nieces and nephews.

      She was preceded in death by her father, William "Bud" Gulick; and husband, Daniel Egdorf.
